About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Inside Sales Representative to support our client's sales team during a high-volume period. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, is comfortable in a fast-paced call center environment, and has a track record of meeting sales or productivity goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Handle inbound inquiries with a sales-driven, customer-focused approach
• Present products/services and clearly communicate value propositions
• Qualify leads and document interactions within the CRM system
• Follow up on warm leads and nurture potential sales opportunities
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly call volume and sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of conversations, outcomes, and follow-ups
• Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when needed

Qualifications

• Previous call center, inside sales, or customer service experience required
• Strong communication and persuasive selling skills
• Comfortable making high volumes of calls each day
• Ability to learn product information quickly and articulate it effectively
• Reliable, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a metrics-driven environment
• Proficiency in CRM or call center software preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
